The CA-6220 and CA-8220 are powered mixers with a long legacy of reliability and performance. Well-suited for both mobile and permanent installations, they provide a complete answer for application in schools, clubs, churches and community centers. Both the CA-6220 (6-channel) and CA-8220 (8-channel) offer a "one-box" stereo powered mixer, with two equalizers and two power amplifiers.  Both units can be rack mounted (kit included) or a convenient carry handle is provided for mobile applications.  Phantom power is available on all input channels for use with condenser microphones. Two effects send (with stereo returns at the master section) can be used with either the internal 256 preset DSP effects or to drive external effects devices. Both the internal DSP and external effects can be sent to MONITOR OUT.  In addition, each channel has send-to-stage monitors as well as three bands of equalization for more precise individual tone control as well as trim control with a peak indicator and Pan pot.  Each channel has both a 1/4" line input and XLR for microphones.

Two 2/3-octave equalizers are provided to enhance the overall performance of the P.A. system and to reduce unwanted feedback from room variances from the L/R outputs.  The amplifiers and equalizers can be patched from MAIN/MONITOR operation to LEFT/ RIGHT stereo operation. A patch bay is provided to access other power amplifiers and outboard processing gear, including compressor/ limiters. A HEADPHONE jack is provided to monitor the L/R outputs.
The unit also has both internal relay type protect circuitry and a circuit breaker type fuse.
